Macroom Tidy Towns operates 6 days a week :
On Saturdays  09:00-11:30  all available volunteers meet at the operations hub to consolidate work done during the week , projects et al .
Work projects include: maintenance ,planting, litter removal, biodiversity initiatives , conservation initiatives,projects for Christmas and festivals,community involvement and a myriad of other items.
